  Mandy was responsible for refunding the rent that I was ahead in. Five weeks of broken promises & phone calls later to the Professionals the rent that I was ahead with was finally refunded to me -weeks after I abrubtly ended my tenancy due to my fear of Mandy and her friends/tenants.

  All up i was very disappointed with the way this employee handled my query, a simple sorry we don't stock that would have sufficed. My recommendation would be to shop elsewhere if this is the level of service customers can expect from this business.

  Mandy told me that she did not tell the owner about my complaints. Mandy let me down and is letting the owner down. The tenant that I complained about was hitting the inside of the unit he continues to lease. Mandy should contact the owner & terminate her friends tenancy ASAP.

  Mandy contacted the owner's granddaughter who was a tenant & my next door neighbour. Mandy concocted stories, made false allegations to the owners grandaughter and knowingly victim blamed me in conversation with her. Mandy was trying to discredit me & the truth. Mandy tried to feed her lies. Mandy must of thought that the owners granddaughter would believe her lies over the truth from me. Mandy failed to make her believe Mandy's nasty conspiracy theory.

  I called up today to enquirer if they were able to order in a product which on the products website they were listed as a supplier. The woman i spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful, she had little to no knowledge about the product but was happy to state here assumptions about the product as fact.

  Mandy intimidated me the first time I met her and again when she gave me the condition report. Slugs came up between floorboards , no kitchen drainage, very dirty unit, no mesh on the bedroom window, no insulation. Mandy ignored my complaints both verbal and in writing. Seems the condition report was never completed and that the author removed parts of the report. I suspect that was done after Mandy intimidated me twice & thought I would stay intimidated. I returned the report with requests for them to make the unit livable. Mandy ignored me

Mandy drives a vehicle that advertises her business Southwest Stockfeeds which Mandy uses to conduct business out of on behalf of Professionals.

  Mandy discriminated against me for complaining that a tenant was disturbing the peace. I called police regarding the tenant & his mother who were breaking the law. I complained to Mandy. Mandy disclosed that the tenant & his mother are her friends. Mandy told the tenant's mother who visited the property about my complaint about her and her son. The tenant's mother knocked on my door. She threatened me. She said "if you" a lot. I still continued to complain. Mandy ignored my complaints. Mandy claims to have done everything she could as per legislation however that is not true. Mandy is a liar who ignored my 10 plus written complaints as well as my verbal complaints about their violence Mandy sent me personal e-mails that contained no professional context. Mandy sent me emails that alleged that I was in a relationship with the other tenant that I complaint about. Mandy is a conspiracist. I sent Mandy an e-mail asking her to not contact me again as Paul agreed with me & said someone else would manage my unit but Mandy nastily captioned one of my emails and then accidently sent it to me. Mandy intended to send my email to someone else. I do not know how many of my emails Mandy circulated & if Mandy circulated my emails only within her office &/or to people outside of her office. Perhaps Mandy circulated my e-mail to her friend that I complained about.
